The girl at the reception and the owner are super, super kind. They are smiling, talking nice and welcoming. They have let me place my luggage and backpack there until check-in time. The girl at the reception gave me cable to charge my laptop as I had some work in it. I liked the fact that the entry to my room was from another door outside, which somehow gave more privacy and made me feel I'm home. At the entrance, a very good smell in the hall. The room is clean and good and has a nice view on the garden, the bed is comfortable, there is a TV that is working well. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and spacy. There is an air conditioner which is a good thing. The room is silent, I took a calm nap after my check-in, and I slept at night with zero noise, not even from the other rooms. The breakfast was good and has a variety of choices. At the checkout, they accepted to place my luggage till I came back for them because I have my train later. In conclusion, the owner of the hotel cares a lot about her clients, which is very clear.

Well-maintained hotel, recently renovated and it shows. Lavazza coffee machine in the room. Spacious triple room with a large bathroom. Good breakfast. There is a steep staircase to reach the upper floor, but once you know it, it’s not a problem. The hotel has an agreement with a parking facility just 5 minutes away on foot (not a private hotel parking lot), which is very convenient for leaving the car and exploring the city on foot.

Room was big, clean and well-equipped. Have both AC and 2 ceiling fans. Our rooms coffee machine was not working and they replaced it with brand new one quickly. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel It worth the money we paid for a 4 bed 3 star hotel

The hotel was great to stay in, and the staff were kind. Since we were a group of friends, we were very happy with the option of having 4 single beds separated from one another. The location of it makes it easy to travel around Rotterdam and visit the Expo hall where TwitchCon was being held. Whilst the surrounding region might not be the most welcoming area to be in, it does contain a lot of the amenities that are needed to have a pleasant stay. I'll definitely come back here for next year's Convention.

The room was brand new and spacious. The toilet and bathroom were separate, which was good. The breakfast selection was limited but sufficient. The minibar was a nice addition to the room.

Hotel is situated close to the central station of Rotterdam, 1 person room is small but comfortable: bed and bathroom facilities are good, as well as the wifi and breakfast -glutenfree options are available and staff is very supportive and kind. I'd surely return when staying in Rotterdam again.

Great place for a couple of days. Walking distance to central station and all tourist sites. The bathroom was enormous and the free breakfast fabulous - much better than I thought. Bed was a little firm, but that’s just personal choice. Tv worked well. No Complaints.
